CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To respect both your time and mine, please review our cancellation policy before booking. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and maintain smooth scheduling. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or late arrivals that prevent the service from being completed will result in a 30% cancellation fee. Rescheduling Clients who provide at least 48 hours’ notice may reschedule their appointment without penalty. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
